Hôm rồi gặp chị Nga, lúc ngồi hai chị em ngồi ăn ở Now Zone, chị Nga có bảo: “em quả thật là rất yêu bản thân mình.”

Buổi tối về nhà, có suy nghĩ một chút, về câu nói đó.

Nhận ra dù có thế nào, mình vẫn yêu bản thân mình nhất, trước nhất, hơn hết và đầu tiên đều là mình :) Với mình, đó là cách tự bảo vệ, tránh tổn thương hữu hiệu nhất. Biết nói làm sao, biết tin thế nào, khi trên đời này, tất cả mọi thứ đều có thể dễ dàng như vậy, hủy hoại trái tim mình…. :)
